What to Do if a Cat Has Blood in the Ear?

If a cat has blood in ear, this is a serious cause for concern. Pet owners often note that the treatment of pets is just like taking care of small children. Sometimes you can identify the presence of a disease only by certain signs. One of such signs is constant itching, which brings severe discomfort to pets and makes them tear their ears to blood. It is very important to identify the underlying cause of the problem in order to get rid of it.

Causes of Ear Disease in Cats

When a cat has blood in ear, otitis is most often diagnosed. This is an infectious disease, which in the absence of proper treatment, can spread to all parts of the ear.
